Syrah (Shiraz) - red wine.
Petite Sirah - red wine. Peppery flavour. Goes well with red meat dishes.
Merlot - red wine. Full bodies wine with often flowery taste.
Cabernet Sauvignon - red wine. Ages well. Good depth of flavour.
